Tuesday, January 8, 2008
Good morning...snaking in the morning hours in office...well...normal la...Lol

Ok..this post has been delayed for a few weeks...and now i basically have the time to do it.

Alrite, went to try out the Taiwan food at The Gardens, Midvalley.

First impression, well..their decor is clean and comfy....So, we head on with the orders...

Nice presentation....of course...we ordered their specialty...Oolong tea with chrysanthemum.

Tea taste....well...its nice for me la..i'm no tea expert.
Ordered a starter.... Taiwan popiah....
It's look may be deceiving...once its in ur mouth...WOW...the taste is nice...

This is a side dish, Mixture of pork intestines, tofu, some taiwan rice cakes, mixed vege with a spicy sauce.

Well...its something new for me..the taste is ok...not bad.

Ordered a main. The cup chicken. "sam pui kai"
The chicken is cooked to the way i like it...tender n juicy...the meat taste so nice...not like those rough and dry version.

these are the side dish that came with the main.

Beans sprouts...dunno wat yam roll..and a few duno what it is.

Well. the price may be slightly on the high side..but hey...once a while...try new stuffs ma.....

Go ahead...its worth it cos I haven't been to taiwan b4.
